WEEK 24
Aangezien ik in Nederland ben, zal ik in het Nederlands schrijven.
Just kidding.
This trip has been surprisingly packed. We've seen three museums, met new friends and old, and caught up with my cousin. I also bought a lot of stuff, most of which was spent at HEMA today. (HEMA is like the Dutch version of Flying Tiger but better, because they have Miffy). In fact, I bought so much Miffy stuff that I think I'll skip the actual Miffy gift shop when we're in Utrecht.
The trip feels like it's half over. We leave for Utrecht tomorrow and will be staying with Daniel's friend, whom we met for the first time yesterday. He seems like a really genuine and kind person, and I'm really excited to meet his cat.
I'll write more about the trip when I'm home.
To-do list for this week:
- Enjoy the rest of the trip
- Mail postcard while in NL
- Unpack and put everything away as soon as I get home
- Catch up on admin stuff (mostly bills)
